Rodney has been farming since 1973. He joined CommStock Investments in March of 2000 after reducing his livestock inventory and having more time on his hands. While Rod is still actively engaged in his farm operation, he is also a licensed commodity broker which is helpful in his role as head of AgriVantage and Royalty Insurance, our crop and P & C insurance companies. With his marketing track record and his agricultural background, Rod is our "go to guy" for responding to requests we get for setting up individualized marketing plans.

Luke was born and raised in North Dakota agriculture around the Fargo area. After taking a few detours that presented some great life experiences, he graduated from North Dakota State University. Some of those detours included a summer abroad mission trip to Australia and working for several years for a company that had farm operations in Colorado, Nebraska, and California where he had the opportunity to learn the markets from a financial standpoint. After several years in California, he missed the mindset and mentality of the Midwest, so came back to finish his degree at NDSU and look for career opportunities in the "Heartland of the U.S." Talk to Luke for your brokerage needs.
